we offer free return shipping labels for eligible orders only.
final sale items/orders are not eligible for returns.
we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. shipping costs are non-refundable.
- all returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a store credit
- merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed
- sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, hangtags and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with
merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
all clearance items and/or items bought during promotional sales are final sale and are not redeemable for any type of return or exchange.
discounts of 25% off or more on merchandise or orders are considered final sale.
any merchandise that is price marked 25% off or more its original cost is considered final sale.
final sale merchandise will list “final sale” in the product descriptions.
our items often sell out quickly. we don't offer exchanges for this reason. if you would like to try a new item or a different size we suggest returning for store credit and placing a new order for the desired item.
